    Ami Cayton

    Co-Founding Director

Ami has been nurturing families and children through her teaching and leadership for over 20 years. She started working at Tara Redwood School in 2007, where she was inspired by the profound difference mindfulness made as an integral part of classroom education. Still passionate about the benefits of social and emotional learning, Ami is devoted to sharing the wisdom of Creating Compassionate Cultures in our greater community and the world. With this work, she hopes to help children and families lead more happy, fulfilling, and enriched lives.

    Sage Lampros

    Co-Founding Director

Sage is an educator and artist who's passionate about contributing to the well-being of people and planet. She discovered her love of working with children nearly 20 years ago and still believes they are some of the most wise and wonderful people of the world. In the classroom and community, Sage strives to inspire, empower, and support others to live open-heartedly and tread lightly on the Earth.

She is also the co-founder of

Green Seed Arts, offering projects for community building, ecological education, and creative empowerment throughout the Bay Area.

  • Inspiration

We love how mindful art brings people together.

    What is happiness?

When we get together to make art about causes of happiness, we can see that we have a lot in common.

    What are you grateful for?

Everyone we ask is grateful for something. Sharing our ideas reminds us of even more things we can be grateful for.

  • Connect

We'd love to be in community with you!
